	Sara Light-Waller founder of Riding Solutions

	Sara Light-Waller, MA, University of Arizona, NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork), LMP (Licensed Massage Practitioner), LAMP , SAMP (Large & Small Animal Massage Practitioner), ESMT (Equine Sports Massage Therapist) is the founder of Riding Solutions, an integrated system of bodywork-in-motion for horses and riders. She is the owner and founder of Sacred Touch Healing, a healing massage and bodywork practice for people and animals. Sara began her career with horses at a very early age teaching riding and assisting on her family’s Thoroughbred breeding farm in Maryland. She has competed in many disciplines including Dressage, Eventing, and Show Hunting. Her massage career spans more than 20 years and encompasses human massage (Brenneke School of Massage, Seattle, WA), Equine Sports Massage (Equissage, Round Hill, Virginia), Equine Shiatsu, Equine Gait Analysis, and many other healing techniques including sound therapy and the use of flower essences. Riding Solutions developed as a synthesis of Sara’s experiences as a riding teacher, rider, and therapist. Through a melding of these disparate paths she has created a unique and effective way to help riders overcome their physical restrictions and take their riding to a new level. Sara’s work has been written up in local and international massage journals and she is a frequent guest on the radio, speaking about animal health and wellness. She teaches Riding Solutions, Animal Massage, and other healing modalities both locally and nationally. Sara Light-Waller lives in Seattle, Washington with her husband Matt and their horse, Percy.
