With extensive education in the healing arts, Sara's bodywork education includes specialties in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Prenatal Massage, Acutonics and other sound healing techniques, Acupressure, Energy Work, herbs, flower essences, and homeopathics.

She is also one of only a handful of Washington State licensed Small and Large Animal Massage Practitioners.  

She teaches Riding Solutions clinics and lessons to professional and amateur horseback riders. Through the use of innovative, therapeutic under-saddle exercises, Sara teaches riders how to release old, limiting habits and begin riding in a more free and balanced way.
