Sacred Touch Healing services for dogs!

Massage

Dogs are athletes.
Sure they're sweet and cuddly friends but they're also jogging and hiking partners, babysitters, frisbee players, and high jumpers. Sometimes, they're even backpackers (handy dogs). Some dogs are amateurs and some professionals. The professionals go to dog shows and do breed, obedience, or agility classes. Or they may do field trails in the great outdoors. Other professional dogs work hard caring for the handicapped.

Dogs are truly amazing, especially because they do so much and with "smiles" on their faces.

Like other hard-working (and playing) individuals, dogs get stiff and sore on occasion. When your dog isn't feeling as well or moving as freely as he should be, massage may  help. Massage can soothe sore muscles and increase your dog's overall well-being.

Let's hear from the dog owners...

“After 9 months of on and off gimping around, I thought Aldo's agility career was over.
Although only 6 years old, he'd always been built funny, and the jumping and twisting
seemed to be taking its toll. X-Rays revealed nothing, and neither rest nor medicine
(Rimadyl) seemed to help. A friend mentioned Sara's massages, and we figured it was
worth a try. The difference has been AMAZING!  After his first massage, Aldo was
sprinting around the course, jumping full height, and having fun again.  Since then, he's
had three more massages, and has recently earned his Elite [Agility] title. Our vet saw
him run one week after his last massage, and she said it was the best she'd seen him move
in two years.  The massages have definitely helped Aldo keep running, jumping, and
having FUN.” - Rich Fried

"When my greyhound, Juno, had her toe amputated, I was afraid of additional problems. Sara not only gave her some wonderful massages but suggested a program of ‘physical therapy’ to help Juno learn to use her foot again as it healed. My vet commented on how well she recovered."  - Judy Botsford

"Our elderly Jack Russell, Bonz, had been having considerable problems with arthritis. Sara used massage and flower essences to relieve Bonz's discomfort and provide some ease in movement. After educating us on some easy exercises and touch techniques, Bonz is back to happily chasing rabbits!" - Anne Toglia

"My Great Dane, Ruby, is very aggressive towards other dogs. Living in an urban environment, this causes her considerable stress. Sara and I discussed Ruby's problem and started her on a daily routine of flower essences. Over the next few weeks Ruby's aggression lessened considerably and her attitude became much more pleasant."  - O.L.
