What a fun event!

Held on March 15 & 16, 2003 at the Pacific Science Center in Seattle, Horses of Course! proved a fun and educational event for young and old. It was also a very busy weekend, with over 8,000 visitors in attendence!

I presented “Horse Talk,” a multi-media presentation describing how horses talk to each other, and to us!

For two days, dressed up in my pinto horse ears, I spoke about the meanings of whinnies, snorts, and squeals. How horses communicate with their faces and bodies. How horses show you that you're their best friends. Using real horse sounds, lots of pictures, and video, children and their parents learned how to speak "horse" with me!

For those of you who couldn't make it to
Horses of Course! here are some photos of event.

Are the eyes wide open? Closed? Sneaky?"
